a. Design Process – During our Design Process we will collect information related to your business as well as cookies. We will keep this information on our secure servers in order to personalize your End Products. You must provide at least some of this information in order to obtain an End Product. After completing our registration form and purchasing the End Product, you will gain access to your new End Product using an Account.
b. Registration – Once you purchase an End Product, ABTouch will require an access credentials in order to provide you with your personalized Account. During our account registration process, we will collect an email address, and a password. We will keep this information on our secure servers in order to allow access to your Account. You must provide all of this information in order to obtain an Account. After completing our registration form, you will receive a welcome email describing your new ABTouch Account, and how to access that Account.
g. Other stuff we use to design better - Throughout the design process we may try and log your access URL, IP, time, geo-location and other information to provide us with a better understanding of how to build our designs. This information may also be used to identify problematic users that try to harm our Service. Otherwise, this information is used in the aggregate, and is never linked back to any personally identifiable information.
2. Using Information
b. Security - All of the information we collect is stored on our secured databases, which is protected via a variety of industry-standard access controls. Secure passwords, SSL encryption, disk-based encryption, firewalls, and other measures are in place that helps us to protect your data. It is important to note that despite our measures, no company, including ABTouch, can fully eliminate security risks associated with the transmission of personal information through online transactions, and you do so at your own risk.
c. Personal Information Some of our services, including emails, hosting and credit card processing, are done using third-party service providers. These service providers have access to personal information needed to complete the task on our behalf. We may also release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our Terms of Service; or protect the rights, property, or safety of ABTouch. Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties, and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
d. Aggregated information - Some information is aggregated and then shared about with our marketing partners. This information does not identify you as an individual User; it contains statistics related to traffic and the geographic location of our customers. We also may share aggregated User information with third parties who help us to analyze our User base to improve the Service.
3. Your Control
a. Changing info – ABTouch enables you to change your contact email at any time using you ABTouch account interface. We also encourage you to keep those details up to date so your customer service requests and billing process operate at ease.
b. Removing Info - In order to remove your personally identifiable information from our system, including information used to create your End Products, submit your Account for deactivation. Your personal information will be removed, and you will no longer be able to access your designs using your account interface. Though your actual login your name will remain reserved on our system until re-collection, we recommended that you backup any existing designs before proceeding with such action.
d. Underage use – ABTouch is not directed to children less than 16 years of age and we do not internationally collect information on such users.
